For Service & Support there is a netwotk of Service Partners per region. All TouchPOS models have a warranty of 2 years. All accessories and Carian Mobilium have a guarantee of 1 year. (battery 6 months)
The way service and support items are handled is different per region. For all question you can contact the service partner in your region. If you want contact but there is no partner in your region, please contact Carian.
